Use only at night.
Week 1–2:

Use 2–3 times per week, after cleansing and toning

Apply 1–2 drops to areas of concern (e.g. eyes, mouth, forehead, neck)

You may mix with moisturizer to reduce sensitivity
Week 3 and beyond:

Increase usage to every other night if well-tolerated

Apply on entire face after cleansing, during the moisturizer step

Gradually build up frequency and application area as your skin adjusts
