Terms & Conditions — YukiBeauty

1. Scope of application

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed via www.yukibeauty.ch and to all deliveries and services provided by YukiBeauty to customers in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and all countries in Europe. By placing an order the Customer accepts these T&C in full.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

All product offers and prices on the Website are a non-binding invitation to order. A purchase contract is concluded only when YukiBeauty sends a written order confirmation by email. YukiBeauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock shortages, delivery restrictions).

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
  • The price shown at the time of order confirmation is binding. YukiBeauty may change prices at any time for future orders.
  • Payment is due immediately at checkout. Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.
  • Accepted payment methods: TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Revolut. YukiBeauty may restrict payment methods for individual orders.
  • If payment is not received, YukiBeauty may cancel the order.

4. Transfer of risk

All risk of loss, damage, or theft of the goods transfers to the Customer once the goods have been handed over to the carrier. YukiBeauty is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or theft caused by the carrier after handover.

5. Shipping & delivery conditions

5.1 Shipping fees & free shipping

  • Orders of CHF 80 or more (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders under CHF 80 (after discounts) incur a shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping excludes special/express delivery options and services that incur additional charges.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.2 Delivery times

  • Delivery times stated on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

5.3 International shipping & customs

  • YukiBeauty ships to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and all European countries. For international shipments the Customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and compliance with local import rules.
  • Delays, holds, rejection, or destruction by customs do not entitle the Customer to a refund. If customs returns the goods to YukiBeauty, reshipment will only occur after the Customer pays new shipping costs; original shipping fees remain non-refundable.

5.4 Address accuracy & non-receipt

  • The Customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel will be treated as fulfilment of the contract and do not entitle the Customer to refund, replacement, or reshipment. Refusal to accept delivery is considered a breach of contract.

6. Retention of title

All goods remain the property of YukiBeauty until payment has been received in full.

7. Final sale — returns, cancellations and withdrawals (STRICT POLICY)

YukiBeauty applies a strict policy to protect hygiene, product integrity and to limit disputes.

7.1 General rule — final sale

  • All sales are final. For hygiene and health protection reasons, YukiBeauty does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for beauty, skincare, cosmetic and personal care products once the order is placed — this applies even if items are unopened and in original packaging, unless a claim is approved under Section 8.

7.2 EU/EEA consumers — statutory withdrawal (limited)

  • Where mandatory EU/EEA consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, that right remains available only to the extent permitted by law and only for goods that are returned unopened, unused, sealed and with the hygiene seal intact.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the hygiene seal has been broken or if the goods are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.
  • For any lawful withdrawal the Customer must obtain prior written authorization (RMA) from YukiBeauty and must return the goods at their own cost and risk within the statutory timeframe. Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

7.3 No returns for subjective reasons

  • Change of mind, wrong choice by the Customer, dislike of scent/texture/packaging, allergic reactions or perceived ineffectiveness are not valid reasons for return or refund.

8. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods — claims and remedies (ALL REGIONS)

  • Any defect, damage or incorrect item must be reported to team@yukibeauty.ch within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic or video evidence showing: (1) the unopened shipping box, (2) the shipping label, and (3) the product and defect.
  • Upon receipt of a valid claim, YukiBeauty will, at its sole discretion, either replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method after inspection and verification.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required evidence will be rejected.
  • If YukiBeauty shipped the wrong product, YukiBeauty will provide instructions for the authorized return and cover reasonable return shipping costs; unauthorized returns are refused.
  • Allergic reactions, preference complaints or results differing from expectations do not qualify as defects.

Refund timing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after YukiBeauty has received and inspected the returned goods (or, if no return is required, within 14 days after approval), subject to verification.

9. Product information and ingredients

  • YukiBeauty strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colours, packaging or ingredient lists are error-free or up-to-date. Packaging and ingredient lists provided by the manufacturer are binding. Customers must check ingredients for possible allergens prior to purchase. Use of products is at the Customer’s own risk.

10. Liability

  • YukiBeauty’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. YukiBeauty is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits. Nothing in these T&C excludes liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct or other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

11. Data protection

  • Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable Swiss law and our Privacy Policy published on the Website. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These T&C and all contracts between the Customer and YukiBeauty are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.

13. Changes to these T&C

  • YukiBeauty may amend these T&C at any time. The version in force at the time the order is placed applies.
