Start low & slow — retinol needs an adaptation phase!
Use only at night.
Week 1–2:
Utilizzo 2-3 volte a settimana, after cleansing and toning
Applicare 1-2 gocce to areas of concern (e.g. eyes, mouth, forehead, neck)
You may mix with moisturizer to reduce sensitivity
Week 3 and beyond:
Increase usage to every other night if well-tolerated
Applicare on entire face after cleansing, during the moisturizer step
Gradually build up frequency and application area as your skin adjusts
Cautions & Tips
Always use SPF during the day while using retinol
Avoid using alongside AHAs, BHAs, or vitamin C initially
Do a patch test before first use
If redness or irritation occurs, reduce frequency or pause use
