At YukiBeauty, every product is carefully selected to meet our quality standards.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been
placed.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence).
  • EU/EEA statutory withdrawal rights apply, but only for products that are unused, unopened, sealed, and with the hygiene seal intact.

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds, where approved, are issued only to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
